First published in 1967, this is the second reprint. The green cloth boards are lovely and fresh looking as is the crisp gilt title lettering on the spine. There are no obvious knocks or bumps and the book looks to have been hardly read. The pages are nice and clean throughout and there are no owner inscriptions or marks. The dust jacket is bright, clean and not price clipped. There doesn't appear to be any obvious sun fading either. That said, there is a little toning to the white border areas, some light edge wear, and a light scuff along the length of the front cover towards the fore edge. A supr copy in all. Richardson Rare Books Tel. 01472 823900 was formerly known as Mr. Books which is located on Tonbridge High Street in Kent, England for over 12 years up until July 2017. Due to the sale of the bricks and mortar side of the business it made sense to change the name to reflect a shift of direction. Since then we have been trading online, at PBFA fairs and Bloomsbury Book Fairs, as well as showcases at select antique centres in Lincolnshire. We don't specialise in anything in particular, just rare and fine books on many subjects.
