The value of the shipping costs is always provided to the User before confirming his order and completing the purchase process.
Shipping methods Livraria Alfarrabista Liliana Queiroz offers its customers two ways to receive the products purchased in our Online Store: the customer can pick up the order directly in our store or send it by courier company (CTT) except in cases where the customer does not wish to do so or let us know another carrier of your choice. The customer can choose to send by standart mail (more economical, AT THE BUYER´S RISK and without tracking number) or by priority mail (more secure, with full responsibility of Livraria Alfarrabista Liliana Queiroz with tracking number). Warning: If the order is sent via courier or CTT, we recommend that our customers, at the time of delivery, check the packaging and if they suspect that it is not in good condition, check the Transport Guide or Delivery List - delivery under reservations. Since delivery is solely the responsibility of the carriers, they only accept claims for damage to the goods if the original packaging is available to them.
