Item description from seller

Octavo, 8 in. x 5.4 in., pp. 153. Blue-green cloth boads with black title and line design to front; black title to spine. Moisture-damage to 40% of boards, with several dark spots to the cloth. Touch of staining to upper edges of prelimiinary pages, but the staining is old and the book holds no mildew smell. Touch of sunning to spine. Unmarked interior. Light age-toning to pages. Ugly on the outside, but spine and hinges are tight and pages are clear. Manly Palmer Hall (1901-1990) was an enormously prolific philosopher, mystic and author who in his lifetime published more than 150 books and articles, and delivered thousands of lectures. He founded the Philosophical Research Society, dedicated to the study of religion, mythology, and metaphysical science.
