3 shaped books (copyright date 1932), each volume is a different size and die-cut around a standing dressed bear, Father Bear: 305 x 130 mm, 12 x 5¼ inches; Baby Bear: 225 x 95 mm, 9 x 3¾ inches; Mother Bear is inbetween the 2. Colour illustrated thick paper covers, 12 pages each, pretty coloured or black and white illustrations to every page. Pale added colouring to most black and white illustrations, otherwise contents clean, a few pale fox spots to lower cover of Father Bear, tiny chip to Mother Bear's right ear, 70 mm (3") split to top of spine of Baby Bear, 2 tiny ink marks at lower edge of upper cover of Baby Bear.
