DONADONI, che si professa cattolico, scrisse polemicamente su Modernismo, questione romana ecc. Un suo opuscolo del 1907 ("Un po' di stora del convegno femminile.", PRESENTE IN QUESTO CATALOGO, in cui segnalava "ai buoni un comune pericolo e .tendenze disastrose al benessere sociale") aveva suscitato vivaci reazioni. e ribadisce che il Convegno "Il mal lo fece bene / il ben lo fece male".
