FIFO Elf

The perfect gift for FIFO families this Christmas.

FIFO Elf is a story that's never been told before. One that represents the warmth, resilience and hardworking nature of real Aussie families who are experiencing FIFO life. A beautifully written and illustrated Australian story with magic in unexpected places.

Have you ever thought, what if elves don't actually live at the North Pole? What if they fly in and out instead? They could be closer than you think. In fact, you might even know one!

This story was written by an Australian teacher, author and Mum. But before she was those things, she was a little girl who missed her Dad and was trying to make sense of a job that took him away often. Sometimes, he was even away for Christmas. She imagined that her FIFO Dad was actually an elf and the 'mine site' that he spoke of was just a front for the North Pole.

Whether you are a FIFO family or love a FIFO family, give the gift of magic this Christmas with this debut children's book, FIFO Elf.
