This issue is a tribute to the work of Roger Stern, featuring a gorgeous cover by Judo Jim Starlin. 'FOOM' was Marvel Comics' self-produced fan magazine of the mid-1970s, following the cancelled 'Marvelmania' and preceding 'Marvel Age'.
