Rare. Black cloth cover is frayed at corners with tiny splits to caps and scuffing but clean and in good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. St. Regis Hotel Orris Libraries ex-library pocket on front paste down and informational bookplate affixed to front end sheet. Pages are lightly toned but clean and very good.
