Synopsis
This new book titled "IT'S OK TO FORGIVE" is another anointed Christian book by Chicago Writer / Rev. Clyde David Jones. This book gives the reader sound wisdom and knowledge concerning why we do not want to have unforgiveness embedded in our hearts and spirit. The veteran gospel writer skillfully explains how the spirit of unforgiveness can ultimately hold up your forward progress and your blessings. Unforgiveness in your lives can serve as a blessing blocker, thus standing in your path blocking promotion and robbing you of the joy, peace, and happiness that God the creator meant for your life. Whereas, forgiving others actually represents a moving on or a moving forward of your life to another level and a new season. Evil men can at times do some horrible things to you. They set traps for you and will not hesitate to lie on you if their traps do not work as they planned for them to work. However, the Holy Spirit wants you to know that God does not forget what you had to go through. God is clearly aware of how unjustly you may have been mistreated and abused by evil men who yield to unrighteousness. Nevertheless, it is important that you hold on to your integrity and understand that it is not for you to repay or get even with them. When you hold on to your integrity, God will in due time move you on to a better season. And, be assured, that God will repay your tormentors, for surely God will surely deal with them at his appointed time.Proverbs 20: 22 advises us to, “Say not thou, I will recompense evil; but wait on the LORD, and he shall save thee.” When we as people forgive our enemies, we make ourselves ready for a transition! We become ready for God to move us on [promotion] to something better. Forgiving others creates an atmosphere of whereby transition will birth. Vengeance, correcting others, and paying back others are all God’s business. We don’t meddle with God’s business. However, we just trust and believe that God will bless and transition us on to something better or in some cases someplace greater. “For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people” [Hebrews 10: 30].When we look to the cross, we remember the powerful words of Jesus when he spoke and said, “…Father forgive them; for they know not what they do…” Jesus was in the midst of his transition. Jesus was in the final moments of completing his mission here on earth. In the midst of his transition, Jesus forgave the men who were acting out the evil as his tormentors. Like Jesus, we must also forgive our enemies so we likewise can transition and move on to our destiny and good purpose that God has for our lives. To view this book and the other books written by this veteran writer, please go to the Amazon website and type: Mr. Clyde David Jones.
