Dark green cloth hard covers with white lettering and designs on the front cover and spine. The design and lettering on the spine is missing almost all of its white. The white lettering and borders on the front cover has heavy chipping and wear. Color paste down on the front cover of young boys playing football has moderate shelf wear and soiling. Covers exhibit light bumping and soiling on corners, edges and spine ends. Moderate soiling and shelf wear to covers, hinges and spine. Moderate yellowing with light soiling to page ends. Light soiling and yellowing to the inside front and back covers, ffep's and bfep's. Text and the over one hundred illustrations are yellowed due to age. Otherwise unmarked. Inside hinges are cracked but still attached. "Amusing experiments in Physics, Chemistry and Geometry." All books are individually examined and described. Never ex-lib unless stated.
