FUNDAMENTALS OF OBJECTIVE PSYCHOLOGY

xviii+588, 109 figs inc.occ.plates ex-pagination; 1945-dated stamps of: 'Wojskowy Instytut Psychodemograficzny' to front pastedown, t.p. and end text (last without date), faint browning to inner side of t.p., offset from jacket wraparound, Foyles sm.green label bottom pastedown, otherwise internally clean, tight & unmarked in clean unworn brown cloth covers, with just a few very faint light smudges to front of little consequence; unclipped jacket clean bar a few small streaks to lower front but several edge chips and spine darkened (will add protective sleeve when ordered). An above average psychology textbook with good illustrations by this eminent U.S. psychologist of the inter-war period. U.K. edition very scarce apparently. Googling reveals that the Wojskowy Instytut Psychodemograficzny was the London-based wartime psychological service of the Polish armed forces. Undated but quick scan of chapter bibliographies shows no dates later than U.S. first ed.
