"In view of the sharp controversy that has existed on the subject of the fur-seal herd it was deemed necessary that the persons selected by the Bureau of Fisheries as scientific assistants to study this problem should be persons who were free from all previous connection with the subject, but who were qualifited by training and experience to determine and present the facts." FINE- HARDCOVER, this report has been bound into a fine binding of marbled covers, and a vellum spine with a brown leather label. A nice clean tight copy which will also look very nice on the shelf. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
