Facilitative Leadership: Making a Difference With Creative Problem Solving

Leadership is an awesome responsibility, and it becomes particularly challenging when you need to help others learn and use new ways of thinking and behaving. If you look to the literature, dozens of books offer helpful ways of looking at leadership. Many focus on the leader and what he or she is like and accomplishes. This book connects two areas of concern: what we know about facilitative leadership; and our work with a broad and inclusive method for making change happen.

This book is for those of you who have an interest in helping others become better able to learn about and apply their creative talents. If you already facilitate meetings and change within organizations, you should find many of the insights and resources within this book of value. The book is designed to assist those who use methods and tools to manage change and who seek to make a positive difference.
