This book explores how our educational system can foster resilience in children, empowering them to face adversity with confidence and grow stronger through challenges. It presents practical and engaging strategies that help readers understand how resilience develops and how it can be taught effectively. By applying these approaches, educators and caregivers can support children in building the skills they need to handle real life situations and thrive in the face of difficulties.
