About this title

Synopsis

Primary cementing is getting start directly after installation of casing string is done, the primary cementing is substantial job in the process of a well completion. It has to get the complete and proper zonal isolation throughout the zone of concern in the borehole, also avoiding releasing gas and mud channels inside the cement sheath. This research paper is an overview of the primary cementing and the factors that influence the cementing process that need to be concerned to achieve successful cementing job for better well producing performance, also mention experimental jobs according to cement slurry properties (thickening time, initial and final setting time and tensile and compressive strength back.
