A Fall to Forgive You (Paperback or Softback)

From the #3 fiction author in all of France, this new adult romance features an emotionally gripping love story between a law student and her high school nemesis―now a man accused of murder who would do anything for a fresh start.

A highly motivated law student with a passion for justice, Camélia O'Brien has just learned of the mysterious death of Rory Cavendish, who used to bully her in high school and instigated all his friends into bullying her too. The presumed murderer is Lou McAllister, Rory's best friend―the boy who humiliated her ten years ago, whom she's neither forgotten nor forgiven. Camélia has to decide whether she can set aside her thirst for revenge in order to help Lou. If nothing else, taking this case will give her some real world criminal defense experience, and that looks good on her resume.

Lou has always been the black sheep of his family, but he never expected to be accused of murder. From one day to the next, he's abandoned by everyone he's ever trusted. The only person who can get him exonerated is Camélia O'Brien. Rory's first victim. The girl who Lou ridiculed when he was younger and who has haunted his thoughts ever since.

Lou will do anything to atone for his mistakes and start afresh. But first Camelia has to agree to help him, and why should she? Lou knows he has to prove himself to her―not only his innocence, but that he's a better man than the boy he once was―one worthy of her trust.

A fast-paced story of forgiveness, enemies to lovers romance, and how dire circumstances can turn into the most satisfying of happy ever afters.
