Falling For the Ace: A Grumpy Sunshine Military Aviation Romance About Forbidden Love and High-Stakes Flight (Skyward Hearts)

"Two pilots. One forbidden spark.
One academy where secrets can kill.
Love was never part of the mission… until now."

He’s the academy’s most feared pilot. She’s the cadet who refuses to bow.
One crash, one secret report, and one forbidden spark will ignite a war neither of them is trained to survive.
When the sky becomes a battlefield, the heart becomes the greatest risk of all.

Astra Flight Command trains legends—aces carved by pressure, discipline, and danger.
Captain Blaze “Falcon” Arden, a decorated fighter pilot haunted by a crash he never recovered from, returns to the academy with one rule: no attachments. No distractions. No emotions.

But rules shatter the moment he crosses paths with Cadet Lyra Vale—brilliant, stubborn, and fearless enough to challenge him in front of an entire hangar. Their collision isn’t just personal… it’s magnetic.

When a mysterious maintenance sabotage threatens the academy’s pilots, Lyra dives into the shadows for the truth, while Blaze is tasked with shutting the investigation down.
But secrets don’t stay buried at Astra Command.

Not when engines roar.
Not when lives are at stake.
Not when two hearts are learning a dangerous new rhythm.

As Blaze and Lyra navigate punishing simulations, midnight recon missions, whispered accusations, and the explosive chemistry they’re forbidden to feel, one thing becomes undeniable:

Falling for each other may destroy their careers—
but turning away may destroy them completely.
