The Family Framework: Essential Habits to Create Order, Joy, and Deep Connections at Home

Two entrepreneurs, seven kids, and one proven plan for a home that works

Do you long for a home that runs smoothly--where everyone feels loved, valued, and empowered--instead of one that's always one step behind the next crisis?

Mainstream parenting advice tells you to slow down, lower your ambitions, and leave work at the door. The Family Framework argues the opposite. The same tools that build great businesses--the frameworks, the habits, and the long game--are exactly what your family needs.

Blake and Chandler Allsmith are entrepreneurs and homeschooling parents of seven. They've built and exited companies, navigated the beautiful chaos of a large family, and developed a practical system that brings it all together. In these pages, they show you how to:
● Define your family values and create a shared mission
● Establish clear roles and responsibilities
● Simplify schedules and routines to reduce stress
● Turn conflict into growth opportunities
● Build meaningful traditions and celebrations that last

Whether you're overwhelmed by schedules and competing demands, want the same clarity at home that you bring to your work, or simply want to increase connection between family members, The Family Framework gives you the tools to move from reactive to intentional--and build a home life that is both productive and deeply joyful.

Blake and Chandler Allsmith understand the challenges of building a thriving family. They are the homeschooling parents of seven children, and entrepreneurs whose journey includes founding multiple companies, running a venture-backed startup they successfully exited in 2019, and engaging in real estate and startup investing. Their work has been featured by Forbes, TechCrunch, Huffington Post, and Good Morning America. They live in Kentucky.
