Light soiling of cover with a few spots on bottom of right front edge of cover and water stain to top right front corner but endpapers and text unaffected. Corners, top and bottom of spine lightly bumped, back bottom corner. "This is not a book of proposed plans for farm buildings, but for the most part is a presentation of actual construction by practical men." This book is full of clear line drawings, many with dimensions, and photographs of a wide variety of farm buildings from across the United States. One such is a 'convenient colt stable' which includes a removable partition.
