Highly Collectible Book that is signed by the Author, who died in 1996. Hardback book of 384 pages with Dust Jacket is in Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages. There are 12 pages (pgs 97-108) that have "extra" paper in the upper right hand corner- this is a production error that does not effect any printed words. First "Addition" from 1978. Book does not appear to have had much use. There is an inscription and name and phone number written in the upper right hand corner of the first blank endpage- this was not written by the author. The author has nicely signed the book below this in blue ink. Outside cloth covers are nice. Dust Jacket shows some minor soiling. Dust Jacket is now covered by a new clear mylar cover.
