The author was born on 1960 and started his career in 1987 having about 25 years of field experiences in agriculture extension, IPM activities, imparting training to the extension workers, and development of farmer groups. He traveled a number of countries to attend IPM activities. Eight reports, 15 articles, and five publications are in his credit
