Item description from seller

Covers the inland and coastal resorts of Kent starting at Woolwich, Sussex, starting with Brighton through to Portsmouth and Southampton. Undated, but 1838 deduced from references in the text. Texts in three gatherings of 284, 56, and 120pp each. 56 plates in all most interspersed in the relevant texts but others gathered at the back without texts covering London, The Isle of Wight and as far west as Bristol, Torquay and Falmouth. All texts are clean, some of the plates show signs of ageing. An unusual item and scarce.
