Synopsis
As a single working mom, Hope Cohen rarely knew what she was cooking for dinner until she stopped at the farmer's market on her way home. The ingredients were always inspiring, but which side of her was she shopping for? Her chef side was excited by the possibility of making beautiful, sophisticated, big-flavor dishes, but her mom side just wanted something simple, fast, and healthy for her and her kids to eat. It didn't take long to realize that the two sides were not mutually exclusive. By satisfying both, Hope gradually developed a collection of recipes that her family loved for dinner during the week and that her friends swooned for when she entertained on weekends. The concept of Fast, Fresh + Simple was born!
