Since 1979, as President and CEO of a strategic management and consulting firm, Krause Consultants, Ltd., Charles has served as a personal consultant for CEOs throughout the country and has helped prepare close to 400 strategic plans. For fifteen years prior to founding Krause Consultants, he was President and CEO of Krause Milling Company, one of the world's largest dry millers of corn and other grains.
