A tenacious young State Police Investigator develops circumstantial evidence identifying a suspect in a rape/murder case. Incredibly that suspect is the President of the United States. The murder was committed while he was a student in college and went unsolved for 25 years. About the Author

Wayne Beyea supervised an Investigative Unit during his twenty-five-year career in the New York State Police. He also was an instructor for the State Police, and supervised the New York State Police Hostage Negotiation Program. In retirement, he employed his expertise as the Coordinator of a Juvenile Justice Program in Clinton County, New York as well as authoring ten books and counting.
