By utilizing standard surgical protocols, local anesthesia (2% Lignocaine with adrenaline), and PRF centrifugation, the research aims to determine the most effective strategy for enhancing healing and minimizing complications. Ethical guidelines were strictly followed, ensuring informed consent and institutional approval.
