Not My Fault (But Maybe It Is)

Ethan.
A man with a good job, good manners, and a quiet ache he refuses to name.

Different women.
Different nights.
The same ending — silence, distance, and the echo of pride.

He blames the timing.
He blames the city.
He blames the world.
But never himself.

Until the mirror starts talking back.

When another promising connection crumbles, Ethan’s carefully built world begins to unravel — one unanswered text, one sleepless night, one cracked version of the truth at a time. Therapy is the last thing he wants. Help is the last thing he’ll ask for. But as his loneliness sharpens into something heavier, he’s forced to confront the question he’s avoided his whole life:

What if it was never them?
What if it was always him?

Set against the backdrop of a moody coastal city, Not My Fault (But Maybe It Is) is a raw and reflective journey through ego, heartbreak, and the long, unglamorous road toward healing.

Because sometimes the hardest apology is the one you owe yourself.
