Rational methods of generating knowledge often hit their limits, confronting employees with impenetrable ignorance. About the Author

Ingo Rohrer obtained his PhD and habilitation in social and cultural anthropology from the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg. He currently holds a position at the Collaborative Research Center 'Vigilant Cultures' at LMU Munich.
