The Fear of God: Walking in Awe of the Almighty

The fear of the Lord is not Terror.

It is the beginning of wisdom. It is the fire that awakens true disciples.

For too long, modern faith has been diluted into comfort, convenience, and compromise. Churches are filled, but hearts are empty. Believers know the songs of praise but not the weight of His presence. Godly Fear calls us back to the trembling awe that shakes the soul and awakens the spirit.

Rodney Rice delivers a bold, unflinching message: until we reclaim holy reverence, we cannot walk in true obedience, power, or intimacy with Christ. Like a prophet for this generation, he draws on Scripture to confront complacency, expose false confidence, and stir the kind of fear that leads to freedom, holiness, and unshakable faith.

• For readers of Francis Chan (Crazy Love), David Platt (Radical), and Tony Evans (The Power of God’s Names)
• A wake-up call to believers tired of shallow Christianity
• A guide to rediscover the God who is not safe… but is always good

If you have ever wondered why your prayers feel unanswered, why your faith feels stagnant, or why your worship feels hollow—this book will ignite your spirit.

• It’s time to tremble again.
• It’s time to bow low so you can rise high.
• It’s time to rediscover Godly Fear.
