Philip DelRe has been a chaplain at the Cook County Jail in Chicago for the last 18 years. He also served as a Seminar Instructor for Chuck Colson's Prison Fellowship. From Bible colleges, to pastors conferences, youth rallies, churches, and prisons, Phil has been preaching and teaching his way across the country and around the world including Russia, India, Africa, the Ukraine, and Central America. His passion is evangelism and teaching teachers how to present the Gospel the way Jesus did. He has endorcements from such notables as Ray Comfort, Dr. Robert Coleman, Dr. David Larsen and many others.
