Feast of Firstfruits: New Life, the First, and the Best! (Yahweh's Rhythms & Reminders)

Feast of Firstfruits: New Life, the First, and the Best! is a beautifully written and illustrated children's picture book that introduces families to one of Yahweh's spring appointed times through the themes of gratitude, trust, and new life. Part of the Yahweh's Rhythms and Reminders collection, this engaging story helps children understand the Feast of Firstfruits-an ancient celebration in which the first and best of the harvest was joyfully offered back to Yahweh.

With simple, meaningful language and creation-centered imagery, young readers discover how the first barley harvest points to a greater promise fulfilled in Yeshua, the Firstfruits from the dead. This powerful connection reveals Yahweh's perfect timing and His plan to bring new life, hope, and restoration to the world.

Designed for both learning and connection, this book includes thoughtful family discussion questions, practical ideas for celebrating the Feast of Firstfruits at home, and a heartfelt family blessing to share together. Whether used for biblical holiday celebrations, homeschool study, or everyday faith-building, this book invites families to engage with Yahweh's rhythms in a way that is both meaningful and memorable.

Perfect for Messianic and Christian families, educators, and libraries, Feast of Firstfruits helps plant seeds of truth in young hearts-encouraging a deeper understanding of Scripture, a lifestyle of gratitude, and a joyful anticipation of the new life Yahweh continues to grow.

Allison Eley is a children's author and founder of Eley Publishing, where she creates faith-filled books that help families understand and live out Scripture in meaningful, practical ways. Her heart is to gently guide children to know their Creator, love His ways, and see His instructions as a gift-something to be lived with joy and rooted in love. Her work focuses on making Yahweh's appointed times, biblical foundations, and spiritual truths accessible to young readers while equipping parents to lead their children in faith. Through engaging storytelling and thoughtful resources, her books invite both children and adults to grow in their understanding and walk in Yahweh's ways together. The Yahweh's Rhythms and Reminders collection was created to help families slow down, remember, and live in step with the rhythms Yahweh designed. Allison believes these appointed times, Sabbaths, and remembrances are gifts meant to anchor faith, strengthen families, and point hearts toward Yeshua across generations. Each book includes discussion questions, activities, and blessings to encourage intentional family discipleship. Allison and her husband, Tad, joyfully keep these rhythms in their own home and love encouraging others to do the same. They believe faith is formed not only through teaching, but through shared experiences, meaningful traditions, and daily remembrance. She lives in the Missouri Ozarks, where she enjoys studying Scripture, observing Yahweh's seasons in creation, and helping families reconnect with His unchanging ways. In Feast of Firstfruits, families celebrate new life, gratitude, and hope, learning how Yahweh's promise of resurrection is woven into His calendar and fulfilled in Yeshua.
