Mary Ann P. Wangemann, CPCM, PMP, has 25 years of experience in the government marketplace, managing programs and working in every aspect of federal procurement and contract performance. She is currently responsible for Management Concepts Federal Acquisition Certification Project/Program Management product line. Dr. Wangemann holds a doctoral degree in human resource management from The George Washington University and a master s degree in information systems and business administration from Johns Hopkins University.
