A weight loss solution designed specifically for women. Taking an in depth look at the ever changing hormones women have, and how they can take advantage of them to achieve lasting weight loss results. By matching their nutrition and exercise to the dominant hormone during specific times of the month, women finally have a weight loss plan developed specifically for them.
About the Author
Dr. Beth Westie was born and raised on a small goat farm in Eagan, Minnesota. After collecting two state volleyball titles as an Eagan Wildcat, her sights turned to higher education in the form of becoming a NMU Wildcat. Being the recipient of a full athletic and academic scholarship to Northern Michigan University, Dr. Westie was able to combine her love of sports with her passion for women's health.
Upon graduating NMU with a bachelor's in biology and physiology, Dr. Beth Westie enrolled in the chiropractic program at Minnesota's Northwestern Health Sciences University. From there she went on to open and run a chiropractic office where she treated many women with hormone dysfunction and was able to help alleviate and resolve conditions ranging from infertility, weight gain, and inability to lose weight and keep it off, menstrual cycle issues, menopause, and more. It was then that her passion for women's health and wellness came alive, and she could transform the lives of women around the world. After selling her highly successful chiropractic practice, Dr. Westie moved full time into speaking and coaching.
In the last couple years, Dr. Westie has spent her time traveling the country, educating women and working to revolutionize the future of women's health. She has appeared on local news stations in Minnesota, Colorado, North Dakota, Virginia, Illinois, and Vermont. Dr. Westie has dedicated her life to changing the way women look at their health, and ways to effectively and safely lose weight--doing so through her customized speaking, online programs, and private coaching.
She lives in Minnesota with her husband, son, and two daughters.
