About this Item

One of the perfect facimiles of famous mystery first editions from Otto Penzler and the First Edition Library. Fer-de-Lance was the first Nero Wolfe detective novel. A fine book in black cloth with no defects I can detect. The dust jacket has just a tiny touch of wear and soiling (to the back side only) at head of spine, still fine. First Edition Library Facsimiles had the same weight, size, typeface, art, dust jacket, finish and texture as the originals. Even mistakes (all first edition points are present) were duplicated. The publisher's information card from First Edition Library is important to collectors and this book has it.
