16mo. pp 124. 12 colour plates including frontispiece; complete but plate 9 inserted out of order. Monochrome illustrations in the text. Pictorial brown cloth boards. Publisher's catalogue on front and rear endpapers. Boards with scattered spots and marks; corners bumped and ends of spine crushed; spine discoloured. Foxing and toning to endpapers. Previous owner's name to recto of frontispiece. A few spots to preliminary pages; otherwise almost entirely clean. Gutter cracked near centre of book.
