Business career spanning four companies - Procter and Gamble (Paper Product Sales), GE - Aircraft Engine Business Group, XTEK, and Hydro Systems/Dover Corporation, where I was President and CEO for 17 years. Indoctrinated in the importance of Continuous Improvement principles, talent acquisition and development, and sharing the wealth of the corporation as fundamentals to building a great company and culture, throughout my career. I utilized my time at Hydro Systems' CEO to implement all of these principles to grow the business by more than 5X in sales and 7X in earnings during my tenure.
