Published a quarter of a century following the first Fiat automobile, this work explores the history, design and production of the Fiat 519, a model produced between 1922 and 1927."Edition Francaise No 855 A - IX - 924 - 5200" printed to the rear cover.In the original string-bound wraps, with cut-out coloured illustration laid down to the front and raised title. A high quality work printed on thick handmade paper. Untrimmed leaves.Circa date given based on the preface, which states "twenty-five years ago a handful of enthusiastic men created the first Fiat car".With decorative borders, five in-text engravings, six tipped-in colour plates, and five monochrome tipped-in plates.Collated against the only other copy obtainable, complete. In the original thick string-bound wraps. Untrimmed leaves. Externally, with a few minor marks to the covers, otherwise very smart. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. A couple of the plates are slightly creased. Very Good Indeed.
