About the Author

Lucas Miller was named the Best New Artist for Older Children in the Children's Music Web Awards. John Lucas Miller has been blending music, puppets and stories to teach about animals since 1992. He graduated com laude from Miami University with a degree in zoology.

Born and raised in Martha's Vineyard, Kenneth Vincent graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1999. He continues to work as a freelance illustrator for editorials, magazines and children's books.

Having been featured on NBC,ABC, CBS, and FOX, Kuon also works as an author, illustrator, publisher, consultant and public speaker. He now devotes his time giving dynamic speeches at schools and conferences across the nation, as well as helping other people get published.
