Marble paper with leather spine. The front cover is detached. There is library black and a number on spine just below Magic Circle in gilt. Spine is split and worn with large chips at head and tail. Boards are quite worn. There is an Elora Mechanic's Institute sheet on front pastedown. Back cover is just barely holding on. Moderate foxing throughout. Interior pages/illustrations are good. 432 pages with four pages of ads.
