Following the popularity of her File . . . Don't Pile (1986) guide for general household disarray, Dorff adopted two freelancers to help her compile this specialized document storage and retrieval system for writers. Most documents can be accessed within 60 seconds, according to this trio. First, they describe in detail a method to attack the pending, waiting, and in-limbo paperwork; next comes a system for storing research material, work in progress, ideas, business and tax information, and marketing suggestions.
