Good condition book and DJ. 416 pages good and clean with clear print, indexed. Inside front boards is a map of the world showing London, Berlin, Moscow - and starting with King George, Kaiser Wilhelm II, Lenin and Tsar Nicholas I and family. 3-4 spots of foxing on edge of pages. Previous owner have written their name on the fly sheet with the date October 176. Many black and white photographs and a few line drawings. e.g. The murder room and Autum Ekaterinburg. Hundreds of such bodies were found, but none belonged to the missing Romanov family. 'The fate of Nicholas, Alexandra and their five children is one of the great unsolved mysteries of contemporary during the night of July 16th, 1918? Anthony Summers and Tom Mangold have conducted a worldwide investigation lasting four years. They have talked to relatives of the imperial family and to people who knew the Romanovs; they have listened to historians, pathologists and many other specialists; and they have worked through a welter of source material, including the seven-volume dosier form which Sokolov, the oflficial 'Investigator for Specially Important Cases' compoiled his report.…
