About the Author

About Boiler- Boiler Williams grew up in Indiana and went to Purdue University. He continued his education in Denver at Regis University. At Regis he earned a master's degree in Computer science and a few years later he earned a MBA. While working his way through college, Boiler became a stanch consumer rights advocate and began helping people with credit report issues and collection issues. He continues as a consumer rights advocate to this day. Boiler fights the largest debt collectors in the country. He generally sues them in Federal Court without a lawyer. He has not lost a case in court yet. He has sued debt collectors for their multiple violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Boiler has pending litigation for collectors' violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that will likely commence in 2014. About Brad- Brad Boruk started out his professional career selling cars; he was obsessed with customer satisfaction. Brad understood that customer satisfaction made people happy and it also sent him referral business. After becoming a top salesperson based on his ability to make customers happy, Brad noticed a problem with the industry, people with no credit or bad credit were treated differently, and they were not treated fairly. The next logical step for him was to learn the credit industry inside and out so that he could help his customers get good deals. Brad is excited about writing books to share his practical knowledge. Brad is currently the author of this short book "A Guide to Your Financial Health: How to Budget and How to Get More from Your Money" where he helps people with budgeting and savings. His latest project is working with Boiler Williams on an insider's guide to fighting debt collectors. This project is ongoing. About Ray- Ray Clark enjoys many hobbies and disciplines. He considers himself a renaissance man in that he is open to and willing to learn any subject or activity. His employment path has taken him through loans and credit. He has even worked with one of the major credit bureaus in the United States to help educate people on the nature of credit reporting.
