About the Author
Ronald W. Wall, Ph.D., is an Extension Specialist in Family Economics at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has had over 25 years of experience as a personal finance writer, researcher, educator and counselor. In 1993, he was named "Financial Counselor of the Year" by the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education.
