Finally, the book concludes with an examination of decentralized finance (DeFi), as an idea that is changing the financial world, giving rise to new financial paradigms.

About the Author

Carlos Lassala is Professor of Business Finance at the University of Valencia, Spain. He is Head of the Chair “Entrepreneurship: From student to entrepreneur”- DACSA Group - University of Valencia, Spain. He is a member of the Academy of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge (ACIEK) in Spain. As a researcher, he has contributed to books, journals, conferences and has published papers in SSCI-ranked journals.

Samuel Ribeiro-Navarrete is a finance professional at Soci�t� G�n�rale in Valencia, Spain. He has published papers in indexed journals such as Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Journal of Business Research, Service Business, Sustainability, Economic Research, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, among others.
