Patterns are your catalyst for growth. Life will hold you back in old situations until you make a new decision. Blaming others won’t serve you. Change starts by taking responsibility. Once you accept this level of accountability, you take back your power and transform from a victim to a conscious creator.

Learn how to get out of your own way to overcome self-sabotaging patterns and develop the confidence to make radical life changes.

Find Your Truth is a story about the Hero within us all and how one can learn to slay their demons and transform into a higher level of existence. Readers will learn principles to let go of bad habits and feel a new vitality and aliveness for life. Lou Redmond is a maverick who quit corporate life to help others awaken to their inner potential. He is a well-known meditation teacher and sought-after coach who uses raw & personal storytelling to empower others to make real life-change. Think Paulo Coelho (The Alchemist) meets Glennon Doyle (Untamed) meets Dan Millman (The Way of The Peaceful Warrior).

We often see success as a job or position that comes with monetary gain. We might work hard to get to the highest place, only to see that even higher levels are still to be conquered. What if success wasn’t a dream as much as a practice?

Find Your Truth will teach readers how to create their own definition of success and use it to live more purposefully. It is a guidebook showing practical steps anyone can take to unleash their unlimited potential and become the best version of themselves.

One of the most inspiring aspects about Lou is his ability to tell vulnerable and intimate stories and then relate their lessons to the reader. With honesty and humility, he takes you into his darkest moments to normalize the human struggle and shows that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Whether you feel stuck in a rut, want to quit your 9-5, or seek guidance on what’s next, Find Your Truth is the perfect inspirational & motivational companion.

Hi I'm Lou,

At 6 years old I felt deeply that I was meant to live the life of my dreams. However, as I grew up those dreams were put aside and societal norms took over. I found myself working to fit in with the crowd and take the common corporate road to the “American Dream.”

Unfulfilled by work, I sought my excitement on the weekends from drugs and alcohol. After 2 years of the “work for the weekend” mentality, I finally hit my low point from the excessive partying. I decided I was going to put any drug use on hold, and re-focus my life in a new way.

That's when I got into personal development and completely transformed my life. I haven't looked back since.

My work now centers around showing others a way in which they can live their dream life. I want people to find their truth and have the passion for life they deserve.

I give motivational speeches to colleges across the country sharing my lessons learned and giving practical steps to live a great story.

I also run meditation workshops in New Jersey aimed to give people more peace and clarity in their lives.
