Finding the Beat (Paperback or Softback)

Johnny Cabreza hasn't moved on in six years.

Same clothes. Same music. Same routines. Ever since his wife left, his life has been stuck on repeat.

Then he meets Lauren-a relentless seeker searching for a legendary artifact known as The Book of Infinite Possibilities.

Lauren draws Johnny into a mysterious spiritual group called the Open Palm Path, where he performs an ancient mandala meant to awaken psychic connections across the city.

It works.

But not the way anyone expected.

Suddenly strangers stare at Johnny like they know him. Crowds move around him as if pulled by invisible strings. Emotions, violence, and hope ripple through the city-and somehow Johnny is at the center of it all.

As riots erupt and religious tensions ignite across cultures and communities, Johnny is swept into a hidden world of underground networks, secret sanctuaries, and mystics who believe he may hold the key to a new global consciousness.

But power always demands a price.

And Johnny's may be Sunshine-the one person he loves more than the future of the world.

In a city where magic hides in plain sight, one broken man must decide whether to save the world... or save the person who saved him.
