There are moments that can split a life in two.

For Luke, it began with a sudden swirling current rising around his spine, as if something ancient had finally awoken. In an instant, the world he had built—business, long-term love, belonging—cracked open, and instead of wondering what to make for dinner, he found himself wondering whether he needed an exorcist.

Doctors named nothing; his therapist named too much. For a year, he moved through days that felt like smoke, haunted by a sorrow he could neither escape nor understand. Then a guide offered a curveball: “Luke, this isn’t a problem—it’s an upgrade people seek. It’s a Kundalini Awakening.” To which he responded, with great spiritual maturity: “Kunda-WHAT? Why the f**k would anybody want this?!”

Armed with nothing but curiosity, courage, a backpack, and the faint hope he wasn’t dying, Luke sold nearly everything he owned and left home in search of answers. In strange lands, healers laid hands on old wounds, mystics read the language of his longing, dancers returned him to his own heartbeat, and snails ensnared him in slowness. Gradually, as the darkness softened, he realized that Beauty isn’t earned by becoming anything—it’s remembered.

If you’ve ever sensed there’s more to this life—more truth, more depth, more aliveness, more Love, more connectedness and unity between AND within us all—this story will feel like a hand reaching back through the dark to walk you on an enlivening path to full Self-discovery.

‘finding the Beauty way’ is a brutally honest story told from the messy tremors of truth-seeking, from the hush after a storm, from the dangerous act of stripping a life down until only the essential remains. It is not a map but a mirror. A reminder that every breakdown holds a seed, and every human soul, even in its darkest winter, is secretly aching to bloom into what is already true about its own perfect divinity.

Luke holds the belief that you are God. Not 'a' God in the inflated, egocentric sense - although that's certainly true of some more than others - but as One, inseparable from that which created and connects everyone and everything.
Luke is a modern seeker of truth. His life transformed when a guide unveiled to him he had experienced a spontaneous Kundalini rising - having already dissolved the boundaries of who he thought he was. His one secure long-term love vanished in an instant, and he was suddenly thrust into a direct encounter with consciousness itself.
The experience revealed the answers to all his existential quandaries. What happens when we die? Why are we here? What is the meaning of life? Does God exist? What is the nature of reality? Every time he entered what he believed was Source, upon returning to his earthly body, he felt an overwhelming call to share his insights - being too important to keep to himself and wishing the revelations on everyone, without any of the suffering.
With clarity, humility, sprinkles of humour, and reverence for the unseen, Luke bridges the mystical with the everyday, inviting readers to rediscover the wisdom already within them.
finding the Beauty way - a memoir of healing, surrender, and remembering who we truly are - is Luke's debut authorship. His pages call you to slow down and tune into the whisper inside you that knows you were never broken, never separate—you simply are ... God within. No big deal!
Prior to understanding that things like money and countries are constructs of the ego-self, Luke was a top 40 under 40 award recipient for entrepreneurship in Canada. He holds the vision for everyone to experience the veil of separateness lifted through easeful awakenings in a hope to enliven unity and bring more harmony and prosperity to all humans.
