About the Author

Ina Manly Painter grew up in the South on a large farm in Tennessee. She has a BS and a MS in Psychology.  She has been employed as a Counselor in the Department of Corrections, Department of Education and the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. She has also taught public school and served as a school counselor as well. For the last twenty-five years or more she and her husband Harrison have been REALTORS.  Ina has won several writing contests, written and sold several magazine articles and attended several Writing Conferences.  She and her husband have four grown children and four grand-children.
