About the Author

R. Bruce Logan has retired from two satisfying careers - US Army officer and management consultant. He has devoted his retirement years to humanitarian work and philanthropy, largely in Southeast Asia. In 2012, he and his wife Elaine wrote the memoir, Back to Vietnam: Tours of the Heart. He has subsequently written three novels dealing with the abhorrent practice of child trafficking; Finding Lien, As the Lotus Blooms, and the one you are reading. When not traveling, Bruce and Elaine live on Salt Spring Island, in British Columbia.
