We are in our moment of evolution as humans. We can no longer deny our spiritual (energy) natures that reside within fragile, precious physical (matter) bodies. And, we can no longer deny that it is our refusal to be accountable for our emotional selves that we forfeit our happiness. It's not “mind-over-matter” as our sages declared! We must embrace, love, and heal our bodies, ourselves… to integrate and merge our spirit and body to become fully human.

That is the way to the ONLY light of enlightenment and happiness.

This is the true story of a spiritual awakening, a journey of an extraordinary, yet quite ordinary life, of an empath, a poet, and a visionary; of a successful corporate profession who found herself under siege by multiple life-altering traumas simultaneously: a storm that demolished her home, her personhood vanished into thin air by identity theft, resulting in stolen funds and a livelihood that completely evaporated, to a broken marriage, and, all while her very existence - her physical body threatened by cancer.
